co-organized an intimate two day cultural program at DAYMI in Toronto. the event featured three workshops facilitated by Sufra Archive, Furdose, Mystic Brew Readings, Solem & Biba offered henna at the social gathering nights. 20% of ticket sales were donated to Thamra.

co-organized an evening of crafting and community building at La Centrale Galleria Powerhouse in Montreal. Featuring active listening by Lara Kojok and art prints by ArtsforPalMtl. All proceeds were donated to Mtl2Lebanon.

co-organized a sensory-rich evening in Jeddah featuring incense-making by Sangha Hub, watercolor painting by Kham Space, a tea blending station by Molt Mixology, & a screening of When the Dust Becomes Alive by Hayat Osamah. Delicious bites were provided by Inhabit.

co-organized a creative and exploratory walk guided by Jude Ibrahim, an art therapist, educator, and community organizer. Throughout the walk, art prompts inspired by themes of nature and the senses were given and participants had the opportunity to engage in drawing and journaling.

  • facilitated a workshop to introduce the fundamental principles of biomechanics & the critical role standing plays in maintaining optimal posture & overall well-being.

  • saria chatila & I organized a print fund featuring 17 SWANA artists, selling photography in efforts to raise funds to send to people in Gaza.

  • a reading circle showcasing Palestinian authors, moderated by Palestinian novelist & publisher Yara El-Ghadban. The event featured a musical & spoken word performance.
