“I have been utilizing the Functional Patterns methodology since May of 2023. Initially I started in small doses because at the time I was playing on a professional team in Canada, we had to adhere to the team regimen. However, in my off season I just trained using FP & that’s when I really started to see the results. Working with Fatin is great because she takes a holistic approach to training, where my gym workouts are translating well onto the court. I’ve definitely seen an improvement in my posture. Now, looking back at photos & the way I used to move & stand just in neutral positions, I would say that I was putting a lot of stress on my low back.
